A shining slice of Michigan copper firebrick balances atop three pyramidal bands. If you’re not familiar with this material, it is one of the few non-natural products I use. It comes from old copper smelting plants in Michigan, where copper aerosolized in the fires and over time replaced the clay in the chimney bricks.
Details: reclaimed copper firebrick (from Michigan), fine silver bezel, sterling silver backplate and band. This ring is a US size 9 and cannot be resized.
This one-of-a-kind piece was handmade in Washington, DC.
